PREPARATION

  • 1 Place a slice of bresaola on a clean surface, then add a leaf of arugula on top. Place a cheese finger towards the lower edge to allow you to fold the dried beef and arugula around it and continue rolling. You may hold it with a toothpick. Repeat until all fingers are wrapped.
  • 2 Arrange the fingers in a serving dish. Drizzle balsamic glaze and sprinkle some chopped pickled cucumbers or walnuts. Serve at party or brunch.
